He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert L. Frank and Virginia E. Florey Fretty; his wife Bonnie Frank of Gibson City; his daughters, Charlene Ellis (Mikel) of Danville and Patricia Talbott (Dale) of Danville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexandria, Riplee, Trace and Sullivan; his siblings, Debbie Battishill of Paxton, Louis Frank of Ludlow, Juanita Zabel (Ed) of Paxton and Elva De La Cruz of Gibson City; his pets, Manzie, Ozzy and Lil Bit; his children, Brandon and Heather; and his brother William.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rosenbaum Funeral Home (925 IL-47, Gibson City, IL 60936). A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Drummer Township Cemetery (419 S West St, Gibson City, IL 60936).
