He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Cummins and Neva Gosnell Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Jane Cummins of Gibson City; his children, Stephanie Kallal (Bruce) of Gibson City and Stephen Cummins (Stasha Taylor) of Gibson City; his grandchildren, Nathan, Carter Kallal, Spencer and Taylor Cummins; and his sister Sharon Palmer of Arizona.
