He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kysar and Loretta Kraft; his spouse Beverly J. "Toots" Allen; and his brothers, Morris Fields and Robert Fields.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Lynn Fields of Gibson City, David Fields (Loretta) of Gibson City and Dee Anne Doss (Larry) of Elliott; and his grandchildren, Casey Fields (Rikki), Michael Fields (Dawn), Cody Whitehouse (Kendra), Kayla Fields (Brady), Jessie Kirk (Kaleb) and Nicki Reese (Tim). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
