He was predeceased by : his parents, Keith Johnson and Ruby Sampson Johnson; his wife Betty Nelson Randolph; and his brother Jim Johnson. He is survived by : his former life partner Diana Nickrent; his children, Michelle Goin (Ron) of Gibson City, Steven Johnson (Sarah) of Normal and Rebecca Yanders (Kevin) of Rockledge, Florida.; his grandchildren, Westin, Jacey Goin, Katelyn, Keith Johnson, Evan and Ethan Yanders; and his siblings, Nancy Coile (Randy), Donna Evans and Mike Verkler (Vicki).

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite local Veteran Association.
