She was predeceased by: her parents, John Richard and Stella Kerr Richard; her husband Wayne L. Perkins; her daughter Jerrie Enghausen; and her grandchildren, Tony Jennings, Jill Rotramel and Shawn Lange.
She is survived by: her children, Lorrie Mayes of Columbia, MO, Jimmie Lange (Larry) of Gibson City, Richard "Bird" Perkins (Diane) of Sibley and Michael Perkins (Myra) of Gibson City; and her sister Cleda Lee of Pontiac. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
