He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia Jane Severns; his parents, Raymond Howard Endsley and Ethel Mae Jones Endsley; and his siblings, Lillian Rose Endsley, Maxine Endsley Hawkins, Donald Raymond Endsley and Evelyn Endsley Ochs.
He is survived by : his children, Truman Randall Endsley (Kathryn) of Pennsylvania, Richard Allen Endsley of Illinois, Amylee Jane Endsley Vella (Phil) of California and Timothy Lynn Endsley (Bonnie) of Oregon; his grandchildren, Casey Endsley (Jenna), Molly Endsley Cliggett (Todd), Haley Jane Beenenga, Elliot John Beenenga, Truman Tyler Endsley (Kirstin), Harrison Severns Endsley (Quay) and Rachel Lynn Endsley; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Lillian, Katelyn Cliggett and Apollo Severns Endsley; and his sister Merdith Endsley Von Lanken (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to Smile Train or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
