It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Massey of Gillespie, Illinois, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Hunter and Sophia Foster Hunter; her daughter Stacie Massey; and her stepson James Massey. She is survived by : her husband Les Massey of Gillespie, IL; her daughter Jennifer Brown (Michael) of Alton, IL; her stepdaughter Stella Massey of Brighton, IL; her grandchildren, Erika, Kaiden, Paislee, Allie, Christopher, Cierra, Jason, Madison, Joseph, Lena, Lyle, Ryea, Nyki and Matt; her great grandchildren, Bryson, Amelia and Xander; and her siblings, Earlene Johnson (Scott), David Hunter (Thelma), Frank Hunter and Roger Hunter (Sue).
