He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Newingham and Rosa Newingham (Henson); and his siblings, Herbert, Paul, Harold, Ed, Virgil, Ralph, Don, Rose Newingham and Darlene Wallace.

He is survived by: his pet Dolly; his wife Sylvia Clark; his daughter Missy Hartley; his grandchildren, Chance Newingham (Ginger), Nasko, Edward, Louis, Walter, Cherish Hartley, Mazie, Willow, Liberty Hartley and Chad (Elaine); his son Cole Newingham; his grandchild Wynsten; his daughter Chelsea Evans (Connor); his grandchildren, Adalee, Bodhi, Ethan Newingham and Shannon Newingham; his great grandchild Jacob Mossman; his grandchild Rusty Clark (Susie); his great grandchildren, Hunter Clark (Racheal), Taylor Clark, Jack Clark, Katie Sue Clark and Rob (Rachelle); his children, Carter Clark, Abby Clark, Avery Clark, Luke Clark, Joe (Joanna), Felicity Clark and Callie Clark; his siblings, Norbert, Gary Newingham, Nedra Hurshman and Kay Parker (Francis); and also Nathaniel.
