He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Whalen and Dorothy Whalen (Hoffman); and his sister Tara Howland. He is survived by: his sisters, Tamara Foiles (Rod) and Kathleen Marsh (Kyle); his nieces and nephews, Matthew Belden, Joshua Howland (Ashley), Elizabeth Krol (Eli) and Heather Smith (Michelle Korte); and his pet Hershey. He is also survived by cousins, great nieces and nephews, friends, neighbors.
