He was predeceased by: his father Bill Bomkamp. He is survived by: his wife Regina Garbin of Gillespie, IL; his children, Ricky Garbin (Amanda) of Staunton, IL and Rachel Garbin of Mt. Olive, IL; his grandchildren, Rhett Garbin and Roslyn Hollers; his brother Tom Garbin (Ruth) of Sawyerville, IL; his mother-in-law Maxine Bomkamp of Carlinville, IL; and his brother-in-law Frank Barrett (Shelley) of Gillespie, IL. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kravanya Funeral Home (203 E Elm St, Gillespie, IL 62033). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Cemetery, Benld Cemetery, or to the American Heart Association.
