He is survived by: his wife Tammie Semplowski of Gillespie, IL; his children, Tyler Semplowski (Maggie Moore) of Gillespie, IL, Austin Semplowski of Gillespie, IL and Ashleigh Valerius (Josh) of Millstadt, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob Valerius and Eleanor Valerius; his siblings, Wally Semplowski (Tammy) of Gillespie, IL, David Semplowski (Patty) of Gillespie, IL and Diane Kozak (Karl) of Gillespie, IL; his siblings-in-law, Tommy Whitlow, Terry Whitlow and Theresa Scott (Mike); and his pet Hobo. He is also survived by 10 nephews, 6 nieces, 18 great nephews, 12 great nieces, 3 great great nephews, 1 great great niece, several aunts, uncles, cousins.
