He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harbaugh and Norma Harbaugh; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Harbaugh of Arkansas, Doug Harbaugh of California, Chuckie Harbaugh of Gillespie and Cheryl Force of Benld. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
