He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Dorothy Ann Williams (Griffith); and his wife Sandra Boettcher. He is survived by: his children, Jonathon Williams (Amanda) of Abileen, TX and Kellie Curtis (Keri) of Abingdon; his siblings, Linda Skaggs (Stephen) of Trivoli, Bruce Williams of Texas and Craig Williams (Margie) of Chilicothe; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Lytle, Rebecca Meyers, Brandon Meyers, Lilliana Meyers and Nathaniel Lewis.
