She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard E. Sr. Clark and Naomi Clark (Jackson); her husband Jerald L. Burnett; and her siblings, Terry Clark, Howard "Butch" Clark, Jr., Bonnie Gibson, Marilyn Garrison, Sharon Ayala, Cheri Boehler, Janice Allen, Karen Adcock, Judy Clark and Kristina Clark.
She is survived by : her children, Angie Dunn of Girard, IL, Cheryl Klaus (Scott) of Danvers, IL, Audra Burnett (Tina) of Greenville, SC, Howard Dunn (Carri) of El Paso, IL and Ernie Dunn (Melinda) of Girard, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Clark of Virden, IL, Sarah Clark of Standard City, IL, Chris Morgan of Girard, IL, Paul Ayala of Virden, IL and Bill Allen of Carlinville, IL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church in Girard.
