He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Mauk and Delores Caprance Mauk. He is survived by: his wife Laura Kahl; his daughters, Lori Ann and Camille Senae; and his brother Richard "Rick" Mauk (Molly). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
