He is survived by: his children, Donna Adolph (Thomas) of Gladstone, Ann Zart of Burlington and Jody Gustafson (John) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Austin Adolph, Audra Bair (Karl), Janie LeMón (Michael), Haley Zart and Will Zart (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Rossi and Mila LeMón; and his brother Wayne Lukens of Casselberry.
