She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Sr. Zeine and Eleanor "Joan" Zeine (Joan); and her brother Gordon Zeine. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Haage of Glasford; her daughters, Kristie Haage, Kelsey Haage and Kortney Gronewold (Matthew) of Mapleton; and her grandsons, Oliver and Ryder Gronewold of Mapleton.
Memorials can be made in her honor to the Peoria Area Alzheimer's Association or to the Richard L. Owen's Hospice Home.
