He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Blair and Anna Blair (Rickard); and his brother Kenneth Blair. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Blair of Peoria; his granddaughters, Brittany Williams (McKale) and Sabrina Marliere (Vernor Warr); his great grandchildren, Payton, Houston, Legend and Lance; his sibling's children, Jason Clayton (Melissa), Gerald Clayton and Candice Kimbrell; and his sister Jody Kimbrell (Mike).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Whitecap Drifters Boat Club (6802 Sankoty Dr, Peoria, IL 61614). The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made in his memory to his daughter, Jessica Blair.
