He was predeceased by: his father Bill G. Lundak Sr.; and his brother Tim Lundak. He is survived by: his mother Sherry A. Lundak (Mixen) of Glen Carbon; his wife Tina M. Lundak (Sedlacek); his children, Brandon Lundak of Glen Carbon and Nicole; his son-in-law Jay May of Wood River; his sister Kathy; and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Culiberk of Maryville, Kathy Lundak of Glen Carbon, Laurie Askew of Glen Carbon and Steve Sedlacek of Glen Carbon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other extended family.
