Carol F. Kowalenko Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol F. Kowalenko of Glen Carbon, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fife and Rosalie Mastrorilli; her husband Ilko William "Bill" Kowalenko; and her son-in-law Paul Ross. She is survived by: her sister Barbara J. DeSeta; her nieces, Rie Schwartz and Laura Morse; her great-niece Lisa Kowalenko of New York; her great-nephew Stephen William Kowalenko (Christine) of Edwardsville; and her grandchildren, Ivan Kowalenko Ross of New York, Sophia, Sydney, Luke Kowalenko and Carter Linn of Edwardsville.
