He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Louise Ax Harrell; his parents, Dallas Harrell Sr. and Irene Harrell; and his sisters, Lois Minton and Mary Lu Enos.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Paul (Frank), Tom Harrell and Steven Harrell; his grandson Tony Diaz (Simone); his godfather Robert Ferguson; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Ferguson, Jeannie Thomas, Rene Denother, Janet Fox and Richard Minton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Irwin Chapel of Glen Carbon (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
