He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Bartels, and Welma D. Bartels, Jr.; and his brother Dennis Bartels. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bartels; and his children, Jeff (Tracy) and Angela Bartels (Rob Hayes). He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pechacek Funeral Homes - Chester (839 Lehmen Dr, Chester, IL 62233). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
