He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Evans and Muriel Halsey (Paddock); his girlfriend Leslie Hruby; and his brothers, Martin and Michael Evans.
He is survived by: his daughter Karly; his son-in-law Luke Mayes of Collinsville; his grandchildren, Marly and Werner Mayes of Collinsville; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Evans of Glen Carbon and Annette Evans of Glen Carbon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; cousins; other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel of Glen Carbon (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
