She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Haggard and Dorothy Haggard (Cross); her former husband David Deken; and her brother Thomas Haggard. She is survived by: her husband Boyd A. Johnson; her children, Lee Deken of Swansea, Lisa Todt (Steve) of Troy and Timothy Botkin (Christine) of Belleville; her grandchildren, Brittney Deken, Kelsey True (T. J. Atwood), Kara Todt, Christopher Todt, Jewelia Todt and Erin Botkin; her great grandchildren, Kaya Anderson and Zoey Deken; and her siblings, Sharon Jackson (Larry) of Lilbourn, Linda Keywan-Stanfield (Patrick Stanfield) of Wesley Chapel, Jeanie Haggard of Maryville, Joanie Voyles (Bruce) of Worden and Jack Haggard (Tina) of Troy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other extended family.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to St. Jude Children's Hospital and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
