She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur F. "Frank" Slinkard; and her parents, Charles Jackman and Pauline Jackman. She is survived by: her children, Ben Slinkard of Orting, WA and Jennifer Slaughter (Ean Bevel) of Glen Carbon, IL.; her grandsons, Luke and Sam Slaughter; and her siblings, Joe Jackman of Mt. Carmel, IL, Roger Jackman (Nellie) of Allendale, IL, Bill Jackman of St. Francisville, IL and Linda Kimble (C. E.) of Allendale, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Vitas Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will be received at the visitation or can be mailed to Barry Wilson Funeral Home, 2800 N. Center Street, Maryville, IL 62062.
