He is survived by: his wife Andrea Levinson of Glen Carbon, IL; his son Alex Levinson of Syracuse, IN; and his brothers, Frank Levinson of California, Carl Levinson of Minnesota and Harry Levinson of Massachusetts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and a fleet of wonderful friends.
