He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Turner and Elsie Turner (Bauer); his wife Mary A. Turner (Ballard); and his siblings, Lois Richter and James Turner. He is also survived by many cousins; nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; other extended family.
