He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Turner and Elsie Turner (Bauer); his wife Mary A. Turner (Ballard); and his siblings, Lois Richter and James Turner. He is also survived by many cousins; nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel of Glen Carbon (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
