He is survived by: his daughter Veronica Schwart; and his siblings, Sharron Lomax (Dave) of Glen Carbon, IL, Eileen Gaddis of Hazelwood, MO, Dolores Sapp (Kevin), Wayne Biggs of Collinsville, IL, Gary Biggs (Barbara), Richard Biggs (Ruth) and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
