She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Hart and Ruby Hart (Estler); her spouse Lynn D. Cook; and her sisters, Janet Wilhite (Robert) and Brenda Bewley.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Tracy French of Troy; her son Douglas Cook of Maplewood, Missouri; her grandchildren, Adam Gillespie, Alec Gillespie, Nicholas Gillespie (Alyssa) and Ashley Banks; and her great grandchildren, Faith Gillespie and Bella Banks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many cherished friends.

Memorials may be made to Central Christian Church or the Alzheimer's Association and may be accepted at the funeral chapel.
