He is survived by: his mother Catherine; his children, Lynnsey Duckett (Ryan) of Edwardsville, Stacie Mitchell, Ryan Menoni and Avery Thompson; his grandchildren, Ryann, Tori and Ryker; and his brother Jody Davis. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
