He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Gehrs and Veronica Gehrs (Erlinger); and his wife Janice Gehrs (Berry). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Keck (Brian), Jane Ellinger, Michael Gehrs (Pam), Jeff Gehrs, David Gehrs (Katie Calhoun), Matthew Gehrs (Jill) and Todd Gehrs (Penny); his grandchildren, Danielle May, Nicole Wilkinson, Nate May, Lauren Kessinger, Lori Roever, Aaron Ellinger, Chris Ellinger, Haley Hansen, Chad Gehrs, Chase Gehrs, Hunter Gehrs, Justin Gehrs, Ryan Gehrs, Peyton Schultz, Drake Gehrs, Kendall Gehrs and Reece Gehrs; and his brothers, Jim and Bill Gehrs. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
