We are sad to announce that, on December 26, 2025, at the age of 60, Thomas W. Reagan of Glen Carbon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Reagan and Mary Reagan (Perkins). He is survived by: his children, Thomas W. (Morgan Reagan), Garrett O'Brien of Highland and Karlie; his son-in-law Adam Truckenmiller of Festus, Missouri; his grandchildren, Grace, Ian, Jaxson, Olivia and Quinn; his siblings, Patricia Revelle of Glen Carbon and James; and his sister-in-law Dawn Reagan of Edwardsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other extended family.
