He is survived by: his parents, Heather Holmes and Eric Pack; his stepfather Amir Kuburic of Glen Carbon, Illinois; his sister Serenity Parrott; his grandmother Ruth Holmes; his aunts and uncles, Amanda Jones, Chantel Bodkins (Justin), Joe Holmes, Jr. (Ciara), Michelle Thompson and Jason Bladdick; and his pet Benny Junior Pack. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
