It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anni Erslovas-Jurkschat of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Anni's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Anni has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hugo; her son Paul G. Jurkschat; and her siblings, Hilde Kraft (late Rudolf) and Marlies Wattenberg (late Siegfried). She is survived by: her children, Ruth Hannenberg (Gary) and Ron Jurkschat (Joan); and her grandchildren, Audrey, Haley Hannenberg and Max Jurkschat.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hultgren Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
