He is survived by: his wife Cathleen; his children, Julie Crook (Timothy), Kevin Kaye (Tatiana Kuivanen), Brian Kaye (Amanda) and Jennifer Kaye; his grandchildren, Noah Kaye, Ethan Kaye, Colin Crook, Elijah Kaye, Kellie Crook, Faith Kaye, Denis Kuivanen, Grace and Emma Crook; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Curtin (Sandi), Susan Reehoff (James), Patrick Curtin (Joyce), Joseph Curtin, Kevin Curtin (Kim Trotsky) and Colleen Rothrock (Russell). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
