He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Greifenkamp; and his siblings, Tom Greifenkamp (late Arlene), Polly Librizzi (late Joe), Laura Greifendkamp-Rancer (late Manny) and Rick Greifenkamp.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Michael Greifenkamp, Megan Smith (Christopher), Bridget Quast (Glen) and Louis; his grandchildren, Alexander (Taylor), Mary Ellen Greifenkamp, Madison, Valerie Smith, Richard and Steven Quast; his great grandchild Milo Greifenkamp; and his siblings, Joseph (late Sheila), Katherine Greifenkamp and Mary Sparks (late David).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (134 Arthur St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
