He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bouchard and Eleanor Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bouchard of Glen Ellyn, IL; his son Joshua Bouchard of Lindenhurst, IL; his brothers, John Bouchard (Donna) of Princeton, IL and Paul Bouchard (Penny) of Beach Park, IL; and his grandson Declan Lambert.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Congdon & Co Funeral Directors (3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be mailed to the Veterans Association of America at 511 West 165th Street Unit 309 New York, New York 10032.
