With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Shannon Jr. of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Sr. Shannon and Lillian Shannon; and his siblings, Nancy McGrane, Sally Vlach, Harry, Richard and Tadd Shannon.

He is survived by : his wife Fern Shannon (Mangan). He is also survived by animals and his grand puppies.
