With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Francis of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Hermsen and Joan Hermsen; her husband Wilson; her children, Noah and Andi; and her siblings, Peter Hermsen (Cheryl), Paul Hermsen (Evangeline), Jean Hermsen Brodie (Kevin) and Jane Hermsen Coughlin. She was also cherished by her brothers and sisters, her nieces, nephews, and extended family, as well as countless friends.
