Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband David P. Thorpe; her daughter Janet Louise Thorpe; and her siblings, Margaret Ann Trautman and Duane Campbell. She is survived by: her children, William Thorpe of Clinton Township, MI, Rebecca Flood (John) of St. Simons Island, GA, Dan Thorpe of New Hudson, MI and Mary Acton (Robert) of Geneva, IL; and her brothers, Gerald and David Campbell. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
