As we bid adieu to Patricia's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Patricia has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Patty; her father Don Haslem; her son Bryce; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Aidan and Breandan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leonard Memorial Funeral Home & Cremations (565 Duane St, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Petronille Church (420 Glenwood Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137).
