She was predeceased by: her son Steve; and her siblings, Jacqueline, Robert, Edward, Margaret, June, Carol, Steve and Keith.
She is survived by: her husband James M.; her children, James Jr. (Carol), Phillip (Caryn), Nancy Cronin (Kevin), Maureen Hunt (Bill), Gary Mills (Phyllis) and Kathleen; and her grandchildren, Michael, James, Sarah, Rachel, Carly, Robert, Jessica, Stormy, Melissa, Aaron, Alan, Laura, Ryan, John, Justin, Rebekah, Sandra and Elijah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A prayer was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Gospel Center (4N220 IL-83, Bensenville, IL 60106). A burial was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at the Mount Emblem Cemetery (520 E Grand Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
