He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Fredricks (Maggie); his children, Jordan Burghardt (Tom Maher), Zachary Burghardt (Shelby Burghardt) and Michelle Lemos (Edgar Lemos); his grandchildren, Kailey Burghardt, Teagan Burghardt and Olivia Lemos; his parents, William Burghardt and Jayne Burghardt; his siblings, Barbara Burghardt and Ginni Burghardt (John DeSimone); his siblings' children, Jenny Roach (Chad Roach) and Jeremy Devin (Gabriella Devin); and his pets, Teach, Walking Backward of Father's Footsteps and Rambling Answers.
