He is survived by: his wife Lynda Cox; his daughter Ronda Bates (David) of Springfield; his granddaughter Ashley Smith (Jon Organ) of Chatham; and his brothers, Donald (Vicky) of Springfield and Jimmy Faulkner of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
