He was predeceased by: his parents, Ildefonso Fuentes and Ramona Fuentes; and his siblings, Ildefonso Fuentes (María), Paula González (Homero), Gloria Solís (Humberto) and Ramón Fuentes Cruz (Ramona).
He is survived by: his siblings, Celso, José Ángel Fuentes (María), Roberto Fuentes (Alicia) and Hilda Bertha Fuentes. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
