He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Foreman and Rose Foreman; and his children, Jacquie Foreman and Stacey Foreman Imburgia. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Nanette Foreman; and his grandchildren, Arlene Frangello, Carmella Parkison, Sara Liss, Giuseppe Imburgia, Emma Imburgia, Alexandra Foreman and Christopher Moede.
