With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carson Scott Boom of Glenview, Illinois, born in Mason City, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Merna Johnson; his grandparents, Orie and Anna Johnson; his sister Cherry Voight; and his sister-in-law Jayne Boom.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Tegtmeier); his daughters, Cindy Bieschke (Sean) and Jeannie Boom; his grandson Carter; his brother Steve Boom (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Doris Callos (Brian), John Tegtmeier (Kirsten Lodarek) and Karen Mosier (Dan); and his cousin Sonya Bernardino (Tom Hurd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carson's Home (4731 Locust Ave, Glenview, IL 60025).
