He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis and Constance (Nee Ladish). He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his sister Maryann Retkowski (Rich); his children, Charlie Jr. (Jennifer) and Christine; his grandchildren, Caleb, Elijah and Faye; and his pet Earl. He is also survived by 34 nieces and nephews.
