She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelis van Heerwaarden and Marie van Heerwaarden (Witte); and her siblings, Thys, Jaap, Dick, Hanna and Jos.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Diane (Tom), Edwin (Julie), Eric (Mary), Mark (Amy) and Tim; her grandchildren, Ryan, Joe (Katharine), David (Anna), Madeleine, Katherine, Jacob, Bennett, Dylan, Annelies, Luke, Elm and Isaac; her great grandchildren, Jonathan and Charlotte Rose; and her siblings, Riet (Martin), Annelies (Jan), Jan (Willie) and Kees (Ellie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Catherine Laboure Church (3535 Thornwood Ave, Glenview, IL 60026).
