With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Cielak (Glenview, Illinois), who passed away on July 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Salvione of William's Church; and his brother Emil (Jeannie). He is survived by: his children, Michael (Sheri), Kathryn Mara (Scott), Susan Tansey (John) and Marianne Boyke (Brett); his grandchildren, Jake, Nina, Andrew, Gianna, Dominic, Kaitlin, Cole, Kaci, Kolby and Kayla; his siblings, Adam (Sophie), Stanley (late Josephine), Zygmunt, Mary Grzeskowiak (Andre), Elizabeth Gawlik (Wayne) and George (Halina); and his sister-in-law Theresa Brown (late Jack).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lubzina Parish Charitable Fund , PO Box 63, Deerfield, Il 60015.
